Milk Filtration Skids

Stainless Designs completed the installation of filter bank to remove impurities from the process and reduce pasteurization temperature.

This project involved the fabrication of a filter skid in our Pakenham workshop which was shipped interstate to site and installed into the process. The filter skid was designed with redundancy in mind so the process could continue should a filter element become blocked.

Working interstate, managing resources and sourcing materials was a challenge in completion of the project

Stainless Designs executed the plan efficiently and ahead of time and provided additional resource for other works that came up during our tenure on site.

Good communication with the production team meant the commissioning was a smooth process and operators were brought up to speed quickly.
