Boiler Feed Water Tank
Stainless Designs was engaged to fabricate and install a new boiler water feed tank for a client. The tank needed to be manufactured to fit in the same space as the existing tank requiring accurate measurement of the existing tank and frame and fabrication to suit.
The project was executed using point cloud scanning to enable accurate measurement of the existing vessel and surrounds, and fabrication of a purpose built tank to fit back into the space.
Stainless Designs expertise in process engineering was utilised to improve the process for the boiler plant as part of the project execution.
